Aggregation & Partnerships

Structured markets & out-grower schemes. We work directly with hundreds of smallholder farmers, providing fair pricing, quality standards, and extension support to build sustainable partnerships.

Value Addition

Grading, cleaning & processing. Our packhouse operations include washing, grading, drying, milling, and dehydrated vegetable processing to extend shelf-life and increase market value.

Trading & Distribution

Supplying supermarkets & export markets. We connect quality produce to retail chains, wholesale buyers, institutions, and regional export markets through reliable logistics and cold chain management.
